When We Are Closed

Patients calling out of hours should telephone 0121 359 1539 and a recorded message will give details of how to obtain urgent medical attention. You may be asked to attend the Primary Care Centre at night or given advice over the phone.

Medical advice is also available from NHS  Direct  on  111.

Patients can also attend the NHS Walk-in Centre at 196 High St, Erdington.Tel:0121-686-8010 and are open from 08:00 to 20:00 seven days a week.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
